Refund Policy


Refunds


Our policy doesn't allow us to issue refunds without any good reasons.

  • If you car wash appointment was cancelled due personal/family reasons, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Instead you can reschedule your appointment at any available time. 
  • If your appointment was cancelled due weather condition (rain, storm, snow, etc.) you will be asked to reschedule your appointment at any available time. 


Non-refundable situations/items:
  • Gift cards;
  • Weather conditions; 
  • Situations where services weren't provided to you because of the clients fault or any one else, except GoshCarWash personnel.

To complete your refund, we require you to send us email or contact us by phone.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
